Can I use Curb without access to a phone?

Our service relies heavily on the use of a working telephone with a ten-digit US phone number. If a dispatcher or driver is unable to reach you, he or she may think that you no longer need a ride. You also won’t get updates on the status of your ride.

We recommend you contact your preferred cab company directly in this instance.
