I did not receive a booking confirmation email. How do I know if my ride request was processed?

At the end of the booking process, you will see a screen in the app or at gocurb.com that indicates that your request has been received. 

If you are unsure if you have booked successfully, or if you need to see a list of any upcoming rides, please visit my.gocurb.com, log into your account, and select “My Rides.” You will see all past and current rides listed there.
