I booked a ride online and it appears under “My Rides” in my account at gocurb.com, but it does not appear in the app. Is something wrong?

The app is designed to display ride requests that are more or less immediate. Rides that are booked in advance online will appear within the app about 10 minutes before the requested pickup time.
