What do I do if the driver doesn’t see a payment confirmation?
There may be times when your driver won’t be able to see a confirmation on his in-taxi monitor due to a weak cellular signal. If you’re in an area with poor reception, such as an airport or parking garage, your driver may confirm your payment with a quick call to his or her dispatcher. You will also receive the payment confirmation number in your app on the “Details” tab of your receipt. You may provide that confirmation to your driver.
