I used Curb to book my ride and left an item in the cab. What should I do?

Please contact the cab company directly, so they can check with your driver about your lost item. If you don’t remember which cab company you rode with, you can check by logging in to your Curb account at my.gocurb.com and clicking “My Rides,” or by tapping “Ride History” in the Curb app. 

If you rode with us in New York City, please contact the TLC with the medallion number of the taxi in which you rode. The medallion number will be on your ride receipt. You can reach the TLC here:
