I was charged for a ride I did not take.

Please contact support@gocurb.com with your ride details. In the future, please note that the app will ask you to confirm that you are in the cab as soon as the driver turns the meter on. If you are not in the cab, simply press "Not in taxi" and then follow the prompts to confirm your cancelation. Canceling at this point will ensure that you are not charged in the event of an error.
