I left/lost an item in a taxi.

If you leave or lose an item in a taxi, please contact the cab company directly so they can check with your driver about your lost item. If you don’t remember which cab company you rode with, you can check by logging in to your Curb account at and clicking “My Rides,” or by tapping “Ride History” in the Curb app menu.

If you rode with us in New York City, please contact the TLC at 3-1-1 with the medallion number of the taxi in which you rode. The medallion number/cab number will be on your ride receipt.
