Why is there a pending transaction of $20.00 on my account?

When you use the app, a temporary hold is placed in advance to ensure a valid payment method. This is not a charge. The hold is released when you pay at the end of your ride or if you cancel. It may take your bank 3-5 business days to release the hold. Please contact your bank directly if there are any delays in releasing a pre-authorization hold.
